Yamamura? That's a blast from the past! I used to love the set of 5000 interconnects I had from them many years ago. Not the last word in resolution but very smooth and great tonality. Sorry, don't know anything about the SE version though, I would think that to be very rare by now as even the regular ones aren't common any more.
Yamamura cables?
Since many years I am using Yamamura interconnects and loudspeaker cables in the 3000, 5000 and 6000 series. Recently I saw a Yamamura 6000SE cable for sale, specially made for the TIAS, Tokyo International Audio Show in 2008. This cable has different connectors and also a different, lighter blue color. Does anyone know about these cables and how they compare to the original ones?

@tubeguy80 Yes, they are becoming quite rare. Few on the used market means many are still using them. |
