Why the hate for mcintosh amps?

Why dont people,like mcintosh? Who motivates this?

It sounds great to me, is built like a tank, looks fantastic and is made in America. Of course it has meters, which for me, is a must. If I didn't have it, I would have an Accuphase, Luxman or a Yamaha with meters. I must have meters. I love them!
