Why Don’t You Post Your System on Your Profile?

Many of you ask others to advise you, but the answer to so many questions is system dependent.  Why don’t you post your system on your profile prior to requesting help?

I've been on Audiogon for 22 years.  I immediately posted my system when I joined....and I immediately got a lot of comments.  I got a ton of suggestions about amps, speakers, preamps and just about everything else....all of it was constructive criticisms that went a long way towards helping me build a decent system.  Some of the advice I didn't take because I didn't agree with....but overall, the the comments were very helpful, and I appreciate it.  When I began here 22 years ago, I didn't know diddly squat about hifi.....I've learned a lot along the way and I'm grateful to the members here that helped me in my hifi journey.  I've bought and sold countless amounts of amps, preamps, speakers and sources over my two decades here...the ride to arrive where I am today was a wild one!  Sadly, it seems the overwhelming majority of the people that were here when I started are no longer active...some have passed away.  I'm 70 years old and still swingin...
