WHRED 4 SOUND MS MUSIC SERVER
In November 2018, I bought a Wyred 4 Sound MS Music Server with their i7 package and 2TB SSD to be used in my second music system. The server experienced a serious problem very early: it got extremely hot and stopped responding. The company repaired it under warranty. I was satisfied with the results and has performed perfectly. Three weeks ago the server started showing the same problems. The problem this time is the company. I have written emails to support, to EJ Sarmento, I have been calling by phone almost every day. Up to now nobody has answered my requests for a service number and instructions to send it for repairs. Does anyone know if the company, Wyred 4 Sound, is still operating? EJ has always responded to my emails before. And this was a $4,500 expense. In addition, last month I paid my annual Roon subscription.
