Czarivey > the only site that can fulfill my choice desire is spotify. other sites are very very limited.
Blindjim > thanks much Z.
I’ve noticed the selection is indeed growing, if from no other resources than gear reviewers pointing to various files they’re using in the articles.
isn’t spotify a streaming sort of thing, and not actually a we got it, you buy it, and you download it and keep it sort of affair?
erik_squires > . I like several artists at Blue Coast for DSD.
I dislike almost all recordings I have downloaded from 2l.no
Blindjim > Cool erik, thanks much. I dropped in some files from 2l as well. They were free. Hard to b!@#$h about them when they’re free though. I do agree though in content… fidelity was good though..
I ran across one or two sites that had 24/96 from Fleetwood, Chris Stapleton and other pop rock artists. Can’t recall which ones they were now.
It was a tough site for me to navigate too. It may have been Blue Coast. They offered much. Hardware, Discs, SACDs, etc.
a good while back, I peeked in and saw here or heard elsewhere HDTracks was not exactly on the straight and narrow with there HD files as some were saying they were nothing more than up sampled tracks from 16/44, was there anything substantial to that gossip?.
There must be some sites other than HDTracks and Blue Coast that offer valid HD files now than ever before.
Anyone wanna drop in some links to them and your exp there? Much gratitude if you do or will.
