I need your help. I hear a "soft nuisance noise" from one of my speakers everytime I play my basis turntable. This irritating soft noise switches to the other speaker as I switch the phono cable channels. This DOES NOT happen when I play my digital/cds., only during vinyl playing. I have a klyne phono preamp and SFL 2. Is the cartridge(transfiguration) the culprit? or is it the phono preamp? Tonearm wiring(graham)? Please help.
If you haven't already(which I am sure you have)check for cartridge alignment. Sounds like a symptom. usually the right channel(inner channel) if there is a mal-adjustment. Just a thought. Good luck. Kris
