Whats playing on your system today?

Today I decided to listen to two of my favorite rock guitar heros and one great vocalist. Guitarist' Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose and vocalist Davey Pattison.

I listened to Trower songs:
Bridge of sighs, Stitch in time, The fool and me, my personal favorite- Too rolling stoned and others.....

Then I pulled out "Gamma".
I listened to: Razor King, Wish I was and Skin and bone and others.....

Davey Pattison hooked has also up with Michael Shenker also. I really enjoyed my day so far. Anybody else heard anything good?

Nutty,

Have to agree that "Love removal Machine" kicks major ass 😎.
My 2nd choice from Electric is "Aphrodisiac Jacket". They also do a kick ass cover of "Born to be Wild".

Plat it loud brotha!
I've decided it's going to be 80's metal night. Starting off with Motley Crue, "Dr. Feel-good" and then on to Stone Fury "Burns like a Star".

Trivia for those that are interested, what popular 90's band came from the short lived Stone Fury?
Oleschool is correct. After Stone Fury failed to attract much attention on the charts after two albums, Lenny Wolf switched record labels and formed Kingdom Come which as you may know hit it big time.

If you come across "Burns like a Star", grab it as it is 80's metal to the hilt and Lenny has a pretty killer voice.

As for the party scene, I've had beers with the guys in Jackyl, met the guys in Nazareth and Candlebox.
I 3rd the White Zombie! Love the "Stereophonic Space Sound"

My fave off this one is "Blood, Milk and Sky" but of course they all kick you right in the head and it’s one bad ass recording 😎. You guys know about the Easter egg on the CD, right?

Currently spinnin’ Webb Wilder "Doo Dad"
Nutty, there are actually 12 songs on the CD and the extra song is pretty easy to find. The key is the song "Blood, Milk and Sky" 😉

I watched the Muscle Shoals documentary on Netflix this morning. Highly recommended and from that, I’m spinnin’ Lynyrd Skynyrd "Second Helping" on vinyl.
Been on a Van Halen streak the last two days. Seems I go on a VH streak then go a few months without listening to any and then repeat.

Currently listening to "The Best of both Worlds"

Thanks nutty for reminding me about April Wine, guess "Harder, Faster"
will be next on the playlist, my fave off that one is "Say Hello" 🎸
Queensryche "Operation: mindcrime"
