Harry Connick, Jr. - "When Harry Met Sally" OST

Lincoln Mayorga & Amanda McBroom - "Growing Up In Hollywood Town" on Sheffield Labs

Chet Baker - "Chet in New York" on Riverside

Mark Knopfler - "The Princess Bride" OST

While not on vinyl, the Lexicon did play Doc Severinson - "Unforgettably Doc" on Telarc played during dinner so I wouldn't have to get up from the table😉
