@tomic601 ,

Do you have everything to set speed on the SOTA? If you need a SOTA Stroboscope, I have one. I actually have lead shot as well.
I know I'm mostly alone here in saying I like Neil Diamond. However, I wish you all would check out Chris Isaak's cover of "Solitary Man".
Listening to Big Star, got me thinking about The Box Tops. Pulled out my pp/Bell Records/ "Cry Like a Baby" and US cleaned. Turns out to be a 1A copy on both sides.
Big Star (Complete Columbia) "Live @ University of Missouri 4/25/93"

RSD. Became available later on. Really nice set!
Radiohead "King of Limbs"

@boxer12,

Someone recently posted, why they could never find a quiet copy? I bought my sealed 12" copy, from a used vinyl seller and it has ticks/pops. They had other open copies. I made a novice mistake since I have no recourse. Love the music. Those are the breaks. The condition isn’t as bad as I made it seem since I have the in- house vinyl rescue operation.

BTW, ever heard Atoms For Peace? I own one lp entitled "AMOK". Includes Thom Yorke, Flea, Nigel Godrich, Joey Waronker. Very Similar to "KOL" in most respects.
Well Jim, when you’ve been into anything for 30+ years, somehow things just come your way.
Up now "Cry Like a Baby".

Sometimes the Record Gods shine down. Apparently, I was in the right place at the right time. Stopped into a record store on my way to a concert..............

Now I know what it's like to be Jim.....ha ha.....
@big_greg,

I have "The Nightfly" domestic & Japan. Never noticed any real/substantive difference in past listening.
Have any of you fellows heard any of the latest JJ Cale releases on vinyl? It looks like there's 4 studio and 1 live on Because There's Music label.
@n80,

JJ Grey & Mofro are just a damn good/solid outfit. Never seen em' live but on TV they were more than enjoyable.
Well I've listened to "Grasshopper" @ least twice and Ryan Bingham "Live" again. I received some tweaks today and they are working as promised without break-in. Life is grand! So, on to something else in a few...……………..
OK.....put your hands on the front of your chair arms, crank up the fan that'll blow your hair back, crouch down in you chair.... are you ready?

Bush "Sixteen Stone"  OP
@builder3,

Welcome to the thread (jungle). I read somewhere the lp you mentioned sounds great!
@tomic601 ,

Love your passion brother....I have committed myself to an all-nighter.

Puttin’ on Blind Faith "S/T" Abbey Road/1/2 speed/1st listen
@tomic601 ,

Are you referring to the JJ Cale lps?

I ordered the "live" lp. I figured since JJ never had but one live lp , I couldn't go wrong...right?
…………………………….
Just put on Alejandro Escovedo "Big Station"
Since we've been inundated with Rush recently, I pulled out my (box set) of Rush "S/T" from a few years ago. It preceded the forthcoming 1/2 speed re-masters.

(Box Set) of one lp? Hum?

Anyway, it ROCKS!
Led Zeppelin "Presence"  Classic Records

I'm somewhat different than @ n80, in that I never liked this record when it was released, now I find it to be somewhat of a masterwork.
Tedeschi/Trucks Band ’High & Mighty" , 2019 RSD/ 45rpm/ mastered by Kevin Grey
