"no clamp/weight"..... my Stillpoints LP1 is now relegated to dampen the top plate of the Trio. My VPI ss weight to dampen the top case of the Shunyata 8.
Happy Thanksgiving all!

Heard that some people at my grandkids daycare tested positive so It'll be Mom and myself. Still a good day. I think we will at least exchange food between families
Thanks @big_greg,. I'd love to help you when you're ready. That rubber mat is a SQ killer.
Uriah Heep "Demons & Wizards"

This record was instrumental in my formative years of great music.

Sadly, I don’t own an original Bronze. I do have the Castle remaster which, from memory, sounds great. Up now.

On 180 gm vinyl

Neil Young "Time Fades Away"

50th anniversary/ clear vinyl

From original master tapes

Regarding the Bybee iQSEs............. I still have two in each of these components, Shunyata Hydra 4, 6, and the SMc amp. When I get around to taking the current amp system down and converting to platforms for the Quicksilver monos, I'm gonna take the two out of the SMc and place those inside of the ports of the Ushers.

That was a very noticeable uptick in SQ.
@grey9hound & @spiritofradio,

I also have "On The Road To Freedom".

James,

I haven't gotten around to watching the video you mentioned earlier with TJW & LZ but plan to.

I told my local music buddy about the Pure Audiophile release of Soular Energy available at audiophile USA, and he was glad to pay $200 for it

The Blues Project lp was great. Not audiophile quality but highly enjoyable and really a perfect lp to play on this New Years Eve.
It was great to hear the Broken Bells lps again. Sounding fresh and better than ever.
Remembering now, Steve Guttenberg was playing the DVD not cd of "Road Rock". This is so far such an enjoyable performance, not because of perfect SQ but because of the performance itself and the energy a listener at home can feel. Turn it up!
