German pressing on EMI/Dacapo.

Afternoon session with The Guess Who - Share the Land. 1970 RCA pressing. Haven't played this one in a long time. Great album.

@spiritofradio

Continuing on with the Yes catalog. Steve Howe is a true virtuoso.

Steve Howe - Beginnings

1975 Atlantic

Rick Wakeman - The Six Wives of Henry The VIII

1973 A&M

Nothing like a good Church Pipe Organ

Yes - Yesterdays

1974 Atlantic Records

Great version of Paul Simon's America

Streaming the new Graham Nash Military Madness/Wild Tales Live

His voice has held up better than most from that era.

The LP's are now on order.

Beatles - Abbey Road

1969/1972 Apple Reissue

Sounds every bit as good or better than any of the recent remasters.

Gregg Allman - Laid Back

1973/2015 Analog Productions remaster.

Thanks to all the guys that recommended this one over the past few months.

Sounds absolutely fantastic.

Better Oblivion Community Center - S/T

Conor Oberst and Phoebe Bridgers

Excellent.

Rolling Stones. - Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out!

1970 London Records

For my taste the greatest live Rock album of all time from the greatest Rock & Roll band in the world, In their prime.

@big_greg

Good night for Nils. His electric guitar work on Cry Tough is as equally impressive as his acoustic guitar on Live.

Also, you had a great run going on ELO. I had played Out of the Blue yesterday afternoon.

The New Basement Tapes - Lost On The River

2014 Harvest Records

An unmistakable T Bone Burnett production.

@bkeske

Thanks for the information on Deutsche Grammophon. I thought you would be the resident expert on the subject and it's much appreciated.

Also, thanks for the info on Phillips and Decca/London. I'll look out for those labels on my searches.

Tom

@bkeske

Do you find the majority of the Deutsche Grammophon pressings to be of good sound quality? I have just a few that sound very good and am looking at picking up a few others that I'm interested in. Thanks.

Jackson Browne - The Pretender

1976/1984 Asylum Records Reissue

Another great mastering job on Asylum.

Eagles - Hotel California

1976/2017 Elektra/Asylum Reissue

I always thought that the original Eagles pressings were very well done with great SQ. This reissue takes it up a notch. Well balanced with great dynamics but not overdone.

Eagles - On The Border

1974 Asylum Records - Early pressing.

As I said earlier. Very well done. Great SQ.

Dire Straits - Making Movies

1980 WB

SQ holds up to the Dire Straits gold standard.

Genesis - and then there were three

1978 Atlantic Records

Before they went completely commercial. Decent SQ.

Rolling Stones - England's Newest Hitmakers

1964 London Records Mono

Clean full mono sound. Wonderful.

Watching the Masters to

Beethoven - Symphony No. 3 in E Flat Major, Op 55 “Eroica” (Columbia Symphony Orchestra - Bruno Walter)

1959/2002 Columbia Masterworks 200 gram Remaster

@slaw

Wild Tales is a great Graham Nash album and one of my favorites. Enjoy.

Looking forward to hearing his soon to be released Live Songs For Beginners and Wild Tales.

Genesis - Duke

1980 Atlantic Records - Original Promo Copy

Sounds pretty good.

King Crimson - Red

1974 Atlantic Records

Canadian pressing. Sounds great.

Loved the John Wetton years. Almost as much as the limited Greg Lake years.
