Barbara Dane ‎– Sings The Blues With 6 & 12 String Guitar (Folkways 1964)
Albert Lee ‎– Speechless (MCA 1986)

I've ignored this for years. I tried it again as it has a hype sticker proclaiming the use of "audiophile KC569 vinyl." Anyhow, it's freakin' excellent.
Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown - San Antonio Ballbuster 1949-1960 (Charly 1974 mono)
Sarah Vaughan ‎– After Hours With Sarah Vaughan (Columbia 6eye 1955 mono)
Lonnie Johnson ‎– Blues By Lonnie Johnson (Prestige Bluesville 1984)

Superb.

i deleted a post seeking a free or nearly free Decca London so i can properly culturally indoctrinate the Croft phono pre…..
Why post that you posted and deleted? What's up man?!
+1 Tone Loc. He’s 55 and worth a couple of million. Stunned to see how much loot rappers have made. That twit West is worth $1.8bn. An 8 year old YouTuber is worth $160m. I don’t even know where I’ve gone wrong!
Dave Pell Featuring Harry "Sweets" Edison ‎– Prez Conference, In celebration of Lester "Prez" Young (GNP Crescendo 1978)
Robin Petrie & Danny Carnahan ‎– Continental Drift (Flying Fish 1987)

Guitar, mandolin, violin, and dulcimer. Super recording with lots of warmth and harmonics. System sounds real good tonight.
Roosevelt Sykes ‎– Roosevelt Sykes Is Blue And Ribald, A "Dirty Mother" For You (Southland 1972)

This guy is something. Hobo played turpentine and levee camps with bawdy ballads.
Preservation Hall Jazz Band ‎– New Orleans, Vol. 1 (Columbia Masterworks 1977 Quadraphonic)

This is so good. The instruments are in the room.
Lucky Millinder And His Orchestra ‎– Shorty’s Got To Go (Jukebox Lil 1985) side 2

Streaming Lady Blackbird - Lost and Looking. Pretty sweet. Vinyl seems to be available from the UK for $61 + tax inc shipping. Not for me.

I got 15 tubes to dissipate, not counting the DAC
21 tubes between phono, pre and power!
@tomic601 Bummer is the basement is not very warm for 6 months of the year!
Hang in there.
@flennon
...interested in your experience with the SugarCube.
Adding my 2c. Had a demo by the designer of both. The SC1 is very good. Very slight loss of absolute transparency but nothing you'd notice after a few minutes. You can switch out the filter on the fly. Impressive product.
Steve Hillage ‎– Live Herald (Virgin 1979)

Seminal live album. Bought it new when it came out, played it scores of times, and the vinyl is silent. It's an old pal.
Sandra King Accompanied By Pat Smythe ‎– In A Concert Of Vernon Duke (Audiophile 1985)

Lovely warm vocals and well recorded piano.

@spirit,  I've heard it and I'm not really a fan. A little too synth-prog-noise in parts for me. Acolyte is decent in parts. Don't know more than that.

Paul Tortelier With Shuku Iwasaki – Plays Encores  (His Master's Voice 1985?)

Brian, I must insist that you try the same headshell. ;-)
The wooden one will be distinctly different.

Live in London is superb…
+1 I mentioned it before but did you check out the DVD? It's stunning.
Captain Beefheart And The Magic Band ‎– Bluejeans & Moonbeams (Virgin 1974)
