I really enjoyed the PF, much more than I thought I would.

Now, Youngbloods "Rock Festival", this is a better looking copy than I had. Hopefully, it will prove to be a better sounding/quieter copy as well?

Currently cleaning...Fairport Convention "Chronicles". A great set!
Traffic "When the Eagle Flies" from the excellent Studio Albums box set.
( If there's any interest, I'm going to put up some 'Covid 19' specials on USAM tomorrow.)
Hey @nicks25,

I"ll have to check that one out.

Paul McCartney "Flaming Pie". Always liked it, SQ is very enjoyable,!
Patty Griffin "1000 Kisses" freshly cleaned.

@tomic601,

Just a note about "1000 Kisses", my copy is super clean but there is inherent surface noise that is permanent. SQ is great in however.
Susanne Vega "Days of Open Hand". Gold stamped promo. SQ is extremely good here.
The Prince lp from the last RSD.

Me thinks, I'll just post here from now on instead of the other thread...

No love there at all!
Hey  @Reubent,

Ever noticed how, when anyone mentions NY, there come several others later???? He's such a cross-generationally great artist!

I have in my lap, a NY Official Release Series Discs 8.5-12. (Yet to be cleaned and listened to). Always a good thing to have great music that waits you.!

Been here for a while. I bought it at 55% off several months ago. Just like the N Y & Bluenote Café" Excellent!

(I've NEVER seen/read) ANYONE from the other thread, posting here at all...or if at all, with any passion.
Zebra "S/T" If you don’t have this lp, you need to get it. If you do have this lp, you need to play it. It sounds fantastic!

Grateful Dead Dick’s Picks Vol 6 sides E & F.

Currently cleaning the first two lps in the early Tom Petty box set. I waited to get mine, hopefully it won't suffer from being the 2nd press. I got it for a hair under $200, which makes me happy.
@ reubent,

Thank you! I did not mean to put you or a couple others into that group.

"losers" maybe somewhat harsh but, at the very least, there’s a lack of vision.

Peace, brother.

………………………………………………………………………..

Joan as Police Woman "The Deep Field"
The first lp from the TP box....

Fantastic!!!

No need to compare it to my original.....at all. This one, absolutely blows away my original pressing.
The above was/is a very early Classic Records release on 150gr.

Proud to own IT!
@reubent.

I know this admission was painful. But, honesty trumps everything, IMO.

You’ve heard of "night and day" comparisons? Well, this is one of them.

Have an early Christmas dude! Wait for the 25% @ SSD.

(you recently posted that you own the Counting Crows LP/45rpm/ August & Everything After.
A $50 + lp

$50 for (one) lp. With the TP box, you get multiple lps, that are over and above the originals in terms of SQ.

You’ll thank me later.

Cheers!
So far....the leading edges of instruments are more transparent. The overall presentation is more momentus.

I’m using one flat SOTA belt. Previously, using 3 VPI belts. I believe this is an area of further improvement. Also, I believe raising the motor/pulley higher on my inverted bearing will bring greater results.
Yep, I’ll be auctioning my earlier version of Kim Richey on ebay soon under (gregariuos). I know........ long story.

Giving you guys  heads up since it's such a rare record.
Hey @uberwaltz,

Regarding "Going for the One"....... @reubent  and I discussed it a while back. I have the US version, he bought the Japan version. I still think it would be wise to get the UK version.
@bgross,

I feel for you even now. Sounds like a burglary ring in operation?
David Allen Coe "Rides Again". Fresh from a US cleaning. First listen in 3 decades.
@reubent

I had recommended (privately) "Revelation Road" to someone a few weeks ago.

Right now, my pink label Capricorn, Allman Brothers "Live @ Fillmore East".

I think I’m gonna finish listening to The Clash "Sandinista!" original EU pressing I started the other week.
Had a productive selling day today on USAM. Still have more to post. I loved communicating with other like-minded people.
Next: Tom Petty "Hypnotic Eye", the Bernie G. cut lp on 2 slabs of vinyl.
