Yes, the Amy Helm lp is more enjoyable. Hopefully, most of you know, Amy is Levon's daughter.

She does a great cover of "Mandolin Wind"!
J Geils Band "Blow Your Face Out" ....just put it through a looong, sloooow deeep US clean. Won’t win any awards for sonics but is nice and quiet. The memories?....Ahhhh!

I think the last time I heard it was on an 8 track in my customized van in my teen years.
I posted to you last week, (you need to email Louis, with your interest, and request an email when they become available.)
@6t5-gto,

"Morning Phase" happens to be one of the many lps
(caught) in my cleaning mis-happenings. US cleamed and playing now.
Hey @big-greg,

I own the  MFSL"Pearl" 45rpm

Gonna put it through the US clean.
BTW, I woke up early this morning to my walls rattling. Apparently we had an earthquake. This is the third time since I’ve been at this location, I’ve experienced this. This one was way more noticeable.

Any of you on the east coast..,?
Sarah Jarosz "Undercurrent"  recommended!

Any of you fans? If so, get the vinyl while you can.
@boxer12,

Allison Krause. She’s extremely talented. Saw her a year ago on the I’m With Her tour. "IWH" was, so far, a one time lp with friends Aoife O’Donavan @ Sara Watkins ( Chris Thile’s sister) Punch Brothers
Allman Brothers "Live @ Fillmore East"  pink label/gonna start w/ side 4
The Notting Hillbillies  "missing... presumed having a good time"

Mom's Apple Pie "S/T"

(lps)
Regarding playing dbl/lps that are pressed for record changers, I think this approach works well now. BTW, this pressing sounds fantastic!
Just broke the shrink wrap on my brand new Joan Osborne "Songs of Bob Dylan". Here's hoping it will be up to her past standards!

Had to clean and listen to "Moonflower" since it was talked about in another thread.

up next...

Santana "Supernatural"
Buddy & Julie Miller  "Written in Chalk"..this will make @bdp24 happy...
Regarding "Written in Chalk"...was very turned on by Julie’s introduction of "Wild Thing"!.......
Had to flatten the Joan lp.....

up now,

The Watson Twins "Talking to You, Talking to Me".

I remember upon first hearing this lp (from 2010), I was unimpressed. No longer. You may remember them from their collaborations with Jenny Lewis. If you love female vocals, good song writing, great sonics...it's well worth checking out!

@noromance ,

By definition, space IS deep.
,,........,

@big-greg,

You gotta invest in a flattener.

warming up with "There Goes Rhymin’ Simon"

I need to play this one more often.

@gakerty,

Hope it meets your expectations. Let us know.

Natalie Merchant  "The New Tigerlily Recordings"
Tommy Bolin  "Private Eyes"
Susan Tedeschi  "Just Won't Burn"
The Thermals  "Personal Life"
@tooblue, @reubent ,

I was going to play the ST lp last weekend but for the life of me could not locate it. Oddly enough, while searching for another lp yesterday, the ST lp was right where it was suppose to be.
@reubent ,

Well, I was going totally by memory. I think I bought my copy in the mid 80's.

I'll give myself half credit on that one. Haha.
@jahatl513,

Last weekend I pulled an all-nighter....

up now..a freshly cleaned ...

Jeff Beck "Emotion Commotion"

I think I can do it again. Well, I want to do it again.
Alan Parsons "Tales of Mystery & Imagination" MFSL (lp)

......going to get out....

"The Turn of a Friendly Card" & "Eve"

Yes, these are well worth hearing!

right now..

 REO "Live" .."ridin' the storm out"

@dustin_collins,

I own the Nirvana Lp you referenced.  Not a fan of the SQ.
