Sirens of the Ditch is truely awesome

forgive me but I am up North with no table here at moment, the SOTA project is behind schedule and over budget, so I may mention things I am listening to from the server...just to stay in touch..

The Wailin’ Jennys - 40 Days

have seen them live about five times now in small venues, never enough......

@slaw missing Beautiful Loser so Live Bullet will have to do !

i grew up cranking Bob on my Dad’s McIntosh/Bozak system...tubes glowing blue a bit into soft clipping......ya man....

@slaw she and it are fantastic:-) wishing more of her catalog was available on vinyl, but....
leonard Cohen - You Want it Darker

imo he could see e future and got out...

We all got quirks....

@slaw did I gush yet about scoring seats for Patty Griffin at Belly Up tavern in Solana beach ???! Omg I am stoked

also was wondering when you would spin  the 45 rpm RSD Tedeschi Trucks - imo better than Signs

a sonic stunner, has the high frequency extension missing off Signs

BTW Sirens of the Ditch has kick A kick drum grunt
this record will tell ya lots about slam on the very first cut
might be fighting words for some but as a Duke grad, i have soft spot for NC all around...from the hollars to the OBX...
Railroad Earth - Last of the Outlaws

dig this band, when get thru the scourge gonna see Em live again....

“ just chasin a rainbow, ain’t no good reason why “...
@slaw a lifetime ago it seems now - we lived in Charleston for 3 years and made several musical pilgrimage up there..you are blessed to live nearby !!!!
Jerry Douglas - Skip, Hop & Wobble

 @reubent Inspired by you...

The Kinks CD 5 The Anthology 1964 - 1971

Amos Lee - Sprits
Al Stewart - Year of the Cat ( remaster )

Switching to the indoor system....

Christine Perfect - The Complete Blue Horizon Sessions

Nanci Griffith - Other Voices, Other Rooms

an angel come down to sing amidst the common.....ah
Peter Gabriel- Secret World Live..... disc 1

i sense a subwoofer workout .....
@slaw thanks for the offer - the table did not come with shot and SOTA no longer supplies it ( I am guessing due to regulations )... so I know I had to solve that problem with something more elegant and precise than a Salmon mooching sinker. I have a fancy German air pistol and lots of pellets - they work great !!! I may patent them as a Quantum tweak...
I do have the paper strobe disc but speed sounds good.

Agnes Obel - Aventine
Tony Joe White - Bad Mouthin...

test 45 rpm....

got it cranked up... swamping...
@slaw no worries, I have not been around for him to return it ! Had a great social
distancing reunion , few more bits and I am ready to go
