my favorite pressing of an all time favorite album

Pink Floyd "The Wall"

Latest remaster, by my memory, this pressing is compressed compared to my pp. Just (degrittered) it.

Two songs in and find this pressing is compressed. Don’t have another to compare....just his overall early catalog.

Black Sabbath "S/T"

Jerry Douglas "Traveler"

2023/Dualtone

just back from my buddy's.....cleaned a few lps on his Degritter II.

@mofimadness ,

I'm a believer. Degritter has made some nice improvements over the original from what I've read. The front panel functions are really nice and work flawlessly. Drys almost completely ( usually has a very small water drop on the bottom when pulled out). Very Quiet. Their newest fluid works great. I have owned/do own several different cleaners from VPI Record Doctor, Audio Desk org., 3 other US cleaners, also was a big proponent of steaming for a long time. At this point in my life, if I were to buy another US cleaner, it would be at the top of a short list.

I own most of their pp untill 1980. Not a bad one in the bunch. Nice SQ on all of them even though they had changed labels in that period of time
