Bert Jansch ‎– Heartbreak (Logo 1982)

Dreaded 80s influence. Decent enough but it's not real folk music. They even brought in Jennifer Warnes.
Regarding the Warnes Impex LP. I believe the analog tapes were actually sourced from the original Sony 3324 PCM.
Donovan ‎– Donovan In Concert (Epic 1968)

Great live album. Make sure you listen to both sides.
Saffron Summerfield ‎– Fancy Meeting You Here (Mother Earth 1976)

Dug this out of the legacy pile. Apparently a bit of a "cult album" and selling for decent money. If this was released ten year before, it would have been very avant-garde. Even so, worthy of checking out.
Various ‎– The Maxell Jazz II Sampler
(RCA Special Products 1980)

Sample album to show off Maxwell R2R tape. Great sound and some wonderful pieces. Mint gem for a few bucks.
Barclay James Harvest ‎– A Concert For The People Berlin (Polydor 1982)
Herbie Flowers ‎– Plant Life (Philips 1975)

Like early Traffic and Pink Floyd but better. Excellent recording. Seemingly superficial yet its genius smacks you. A masterpiece.
Kate Bush ‎– Hounds Of Love (EMI 1985)

Bought this when it came out. I remember being blown away by it then. LP12. Haven’t played it in decades. Sounds even better on the 401.
Don McLean ‎– Homeless Brother (United Artists 1974)

Good old Don. Warm and homely. A single malt of an album.
Roy Harper ‎– Flashes From The Archives Of Oblivion (Harvest 1974)

"Whose poets know"
Duke Ellington And His Orchestra ‎– Ellington At Newport (Columbia 1957)
New Orleans' Sweet Emma And Her Preservation Hall Jazz Band (Preservation Hall ‎1964)
Doc Evans ‎– At The Gas Light (Audiophole 1967)

Wonderful play on Dixieland jazz. Very good recording.
Zoot Sims ‎– Soprano Sax (Pablo 1976)

Thanks to @tomic601 for this. It sounds so much better today playing it for the second time. I put it down to the springs. Sounds a grade better.
John Haley Sims, Harry Sweets Edison ‎– Just Friends (Pablo 1980)

Chill tenor sax and trumpet with bass, drums and piano. Good recording.
@slaw So, funny story: I don't have BTL. The one I'm referring to above is her first album.
Janis Ian ‎– Janis Ian (Verve Folkways 1967) 1 side

This is a poor recording. Historic interest only.
Janis Ian ‎– The Best Of Janis Ian (CBS 1980)

Bought this when it came out. Lot of wear but sounds pretty good.
Carey Bell ‎– Last Night (Bluesway 1974)

Man, that's one clean & fast recording. Mississippi harmonica blues. Dude's rocking it.
Edith Wilson With Little Brother Montgomery & The State Street Ramblers ‎– He May Be Your Man But He Comes To See Me Sometimes (Denmark 1976)

Love this. Knowing finger-waggin' blues drenched in jazz.
Esther Phillips ‎– Confessin' The Blues
(Atlantic Jazzlore 1987 RE [1976])
Joe Pass ‎– At The Montreux Jazz Festival 1975 (Pablo 1975)
1 side.

B1 starts with someone in the audience saying "shsssh." Solo jazz guitar. Good depth in the soundstage. Lots of coughing.
@slaw
Yeah,. You're coming around
Been coming around for a few years now! This was a reminder how well it works.
Just cleaned six new used NM records with the US as I always do. They didn't look dirty but something must have been in there. Ordinarily, I just clean them before playing, but this time did a before and after session. One record had a whooshing in one channel. Gone. Very impressed by the improvement. Akin to a major cartridge upgrade.

Maxine Sullivan With The Ike Isaacs Quartet – Maxine Sullivan With The Ike Isaacs Quartet (Audiophile 1981)

Pepper Adams – Julian (Inner City 1981)

~ Great live jazzband in great acoustic.

Barbara Lea – A Woman In Love (Audiophile 1981, RP 1955 mono)

~ Super album.

The cure for that is to play both sides of the record.

An estimate would be I have played close to 60% of at least 1 side of my entire vinyl collection.

@mammothguy54  Original The Wall on UK Harvest, I assume. Isn't it great when the gear is on fire?

k.d. lang – Shadowland (Sire 1988)

The Milk Carton Kids – Monterey (Anti- 2015)

Jane Morgan With The Troubadors ‎– Fascination (Kapp 1957 mono)

Lovely. The sort of stuff my Dad would have listened to when I was playing Floyd + Hawkwind. Except he never heard it like this.
Ruby Braff / George Barnes Quartet With John Giuffrida & Wayne Wright - S/T (Chiaroscuro 1973)
The Queen City Jazz Band ‎– Oh, Play That Thing (Audiophile 1966)

Ha ha ha! Sounds amazing. 54 years old. Red translucent vinyl. Who needs remastered dead-inside dirty 180g vinyl for $40?
