Remember this link I posted after last RSD where you can buy RSD titles after the day.

At my music friend's house listening to the latest Bob Seger "Live Bullet" mastered by CB. Yeah!

Installed his upgraded amp for the JL sub, repositioned the speakers and put my loaner BDR Shelf For the Source under his Music Hall 11.3.
@reubent ,

Just placed an order with Plaid Room.
Their site worked great on my mobile phone!

John Prine "Live" 4lp set
Saint Paul & The Broken Bones "Live"
Rory Gallagher
Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit "Live at The Ryman"

Can already tell I’m very disappointed in the SQ. My music friend lent me a burned CD and I wasn’t impressed. The lp sounds like a blanket, well maybe a couple of sheets, over the music. So sad.
Canned Heat "Boogie With Canned Heat"
Liberty/stereo/pp
Recent record show purchase. Didn’t look great but decided to put my lp cleaning regiment into full play. Highly enjoyable!!
Hey @reubent ,..
My local record store, with which I signed up with, specifically for special things such as RSD, has never contacted me.
Glad to support other BAM dealers,!

@tgilb

The studio  "All The Roadrunning" is on vinyl and sounds great from memory.

The Electric Prunes "S/T"

Rhino reissue

oops.....had to go in the ORB.

@bkeske,

Brian, this B&N exclusive is mastered by Chris Bellman, so I'm hoping for good things. Noticed Acoustic Sounds will be releasing it soon using the Plangent Process. Hope I didn't pull the trigger too soon?

Joni Mitchell "Song to a Seagull"
From the Archives box/2021
mastered by BG
Brian,

I guess the reason you needed a new headshell would be for quick swaps. I understand your reasoning. I guess @noromance is suggesting using your current headshell for the most direct comparison of the two carts.

BTW, After listening to the first two lps from the Joni Archives box, I can highly recommend it!!!!
Never mounted it brother. I’m figuring it’ll be easier to mount it on my Townshend Rock 7 (with the extra stuff required for the damping trough), since it has threads
Brian,

Gonna be sending my Sussurro back soon. Thought about mounting my Zephyr * MIMC ES as the replacement but will most likely mount my as new Shelter 501 MkII to start with on the VPI.

Gotta replace the headshell leads as well.🤨
