Can already tell Iโm very disappointed in the SQ. My music friend lent me a burned CD and I wasnโt impressed. The lp sounds like a blanket, well maybe a couple of sheets, over the music. So sad. |

I guess the reason you needed a new headshell would be for quick swaps. I understand your reasoning. I guess @noromance is suggesting using your current headshell for the most direct comparison of the two carts.
BTW, After listening to the first two lps from the Joni Archives box, I can highly recommend it!!!! |
Never mounted it brother. Iโm figuring itโll be easier to mount it on my Townshend Rock 7 (with the extra stuff required for the damping trough), since it has threads |

Gonna be sending my Sussurro back soon. Thought about mounting my Zephyr * MIMC ES as the replacement but will most likely mount my as new Shelter 501 MkII to start with on the VPI.
Gotta replace the headshell leads as well.๐คจ |
