Whatever happened to these brands?

Browsing thru my old Stereophile issues i came across a number of manufacturers that somehow quetly dissapeared from my radar screen:Deltec Precision Audio,Scientific Fidelity,NRG Control,RAM Labs and does anybody remember a CD player clamp?
