The glass base it sits on says, Premier Oracle Reference BRAS Pierre Lurne. Bras is French for arm, so is it a Pierre Lurne tonearm?

I recently got this arm with Oracle permier but I don't know the name of Arm (I am analog novice)
Any body have manual for this arm? or how can I get the manual for the arm. Any comment will be appreciated.
