I'm pretty sure the HCA-3500 isn't balanced. If that's the case, I don't see any reason to use balanced cables unless you already have them.
What input do you use with HCA-3500
Just recieved a used HCA-3500 paired with an Adcom GFP-750.
Tried unbalanced connection, and love the sound. Should I get a pair of balanced interconnects ? Will there be any improvement over unbalanced ?
As the HCA-3500 is not fully differential, I'm not sure if balanced input makes it sound better or worse.
Anyone tried both ? any comments ?
