Listening to your music is not necessarily a compulsory good thing to do every day.
Listen to your body…. Habits however nice don’t have to be a constant habit.

I am retired and when i do want to listen to music many conditions are necessary to be put together for a focused attention and understanding with my ears...
Otherwise it is only relaxing background...
There is 2 types of music styles or for habits :
Background music or music asking to be "understood" ..
I appreciate the two...
