What companies have gone above and beyond?


I have had a few products back to the manufacturer for different reasons. Some companies have been fantastic to deal with while others have been a disappointment. Sota was so good I couldn't believe it. Aragon was almost as good. What companies have you dealt with that provided exceptional service?

Synergistic Research: outstanding for service & support! Recent experiences with their customer service are absolutely impressive! They've taken the time to work with me, address my specific needs, & answer my questions time after time. And when needed, even Mr. Ted Denney himself (the President) has generously shared his time with me on the phone on more than one occasion. Not only that, but they are genuinely interested in hearing feedback about a customer's experiences with their outstanding cable products. They follow through & make good on their word above & beyond all my expectations.
Admittedly quite some time ago, some have commented about not being as pleased with Synergistic as was expected. I would have to say that based upon numerous recent experiences, Synergistic has consistently stepped up their efforts regarding customer service & ensuring total satisfaction.
I am in no way associated with this company other than as a very satisfied customer, so I wanted to openly share that with everyone. And BTW if you haven't yet had the pleasure, although their previous product line was very good indeed the improvements made with the new X-series cable developments are significant, although their prices are essentially unchanged. I am very pleased indeed.
EAD: Enlightened Audio Designs also just came through for me bigtime; this must be *my week* for vendor support! I have a failed handheld remote that came with a player I bought new (a demo) from a dealer back in February, but this product was actually discontinued about 2 years ago. Since then, EAD was acquired by Alpha Digital Technology sub. of Tara Labs. I called their warranty repair subcontractor (Boelen) & was told that they wouldn't even try to repair a remote, so I figured it was a lost cause. But then I called Alpha/EAD & a very pleasant lady named Debbie agreed to search the facility for a replacement remote. Only a few hours later she called me back with news that she had just found a replacement remote for me, & would be shipping it to me asap. No proof of purchase receipt was required, no difficulties whatsoever, just good old fasioned service the way it was really meant to be. Of course I am highly gratified with the great response & fantastic service received from this manufacturer.
