What are you streaming tonight?

As we are in the modern age of music I thought I would see how this fares.
We have threads specific for cdp and tt so why not streaming as it is a modern media.
I don't care if you stream Tidal, Deezer, Spotify, Paradise Radio or any number of internet stations.
I would like you to share your tastes and method of streaming.
uberwaltz
Had to finish up my Spotify Discover Weekly from last week before the new week's feed came through. It was an awesome week. Spotify's algorithm has got my taste figured out.

Interestingly, I'm somewhat of a Nick Lowe fan, but I had never heard his first single - "And So It Goes", but it was on my discover weekly. What a friggin' song. Holy Crap! What a debut....

@uberwaltz I was off in the woods camping for a few days with no tunes. Catching up a little! I agree about Nick Lowe, the older stuff was really good.
Thought you had left the country Greg... lol
Then you come back with a mighty blast of tunes!

Early Nick Lowe is best imho.
Nick Lowe - Lay It On Me, Qobuz Hi-Res.  This one didn't really click for me.
Angel Witch S/T.

Classic British metal that should have been as big as Maiden or Priest.
But......
I find myself discovering a lot of new music via Roon which always seems to have perfect suggestions based on what I have been listening to.
I have my Qobuz account and all my ripped CD's linked to my Room library so it only shows me what is available via Qobuz...or my own library if I have forgotten I already have it... Lol.

I love spinning records and everything associated with it but for new music or trying out music streaming cannot be beaten!
Various Artists - Outro Tempo: Electronic and Contemporary Music From Brazil, 1978-1992

Djavan - Luz

Outro Tempo is a wonderful compendium of Brazilian electronica from the 80s. Well worth checking out if you like either electronica or Brazilian music from the period.

The Djavan album I bought upon its original release in 1983.  I lost it years ago during a move and have been looking for it ever since.  Happy day!

Qobuz
uberwaltz , I am trying to listen to albums I used to have in my vinyl collection that I never got around to playing.  I go to my Discogs account and hit the random selector; if it’s not in my “Listened” file I find it on Qobuz and stream it.  That’s how The Thompson Twins album came up.  Quite frankly, I was surprised Qobuz had it. And yes, I noticed that Qobuz is expanding its catalogue rapidly. It is more than I can handle, sometimes.  That’s a First World problem.
Thompson Twins!
Pretty righteous stuff.
Do not hear of many playing them, I have couple vinyl.

The Qobuz catalogue is expanding rapidly every day it seems.
A few months back I had both Tidal and Qobuz but only because Tidal had some albums I liked that Qobuz did not... at the time.
Not the case any longer So was able to drop Tidal
uberwaltz,

True.  I am constantly amazed at what I can find, even at 16/44.  So far only a couple of disappointments (Sugar Creek’s “Please Tell A Friend” would be nice on Qobuz, as well as more Jimmy Cliff and Brazilian pop). But CD quality is good for most stuff, I guess.
16f4.
There are a lot of albums on Qobuz I wish were in hires.
However even at 16/44 it can still be quite an experience.
New Birth - New Birth
Kansas City Jammers - Got Good (if you get it)

Qobuz

Both good albums I used to have on vinyl.  Really glad Qobuz has them.  The Kansas City Jammers album I found in NM condition in a barn in southern Maryland. It quickly became part of my standard play list.
Pat Benatar - Crimes of Passion

Qobuz Hi-Res

i have been listening to this album regularly since I bought the record 40 years ago.  Wow, this sounded great in Hi-Res on my streamer!  I heard subtleties I never noticed before
Meryem Aboulouafa - Meryem, Qobuz Hi-Res, lovely voice, interesting music and lyrics.
