Waveterminal U24 repair

I need to have the USB receptacle on my ESI U24 replaced. The receptacle is a standard, commonly-available part which is soldered to the circuit board; it should be a pretty simple job. I've tried contacting ESI with no luck.

Can anyone refer me to a repair shop that can do this type of thing? Living in NYC, I figured I wouldn't have trouble finding someone local to do this, but my search has turned up nothing yet. I'm open to shipping off the U24 for the repair, although finding a local shop would be great.
