All systems sound better warmed up but my cartridge makes the biggest difference of all my components! Anyone noticed that? I generally play both sides of an album before sitting down to boogie!
How does one discern which component within a system is most affected by warm-up? Although, I also notice a more musical presentation as the night moves into morning, I believe the entire circuitry chain, including cables, is allowed to simmer.
