unfortunately i already own this

it needs a driver but it is a discontinued product and Win10 is not supported. It has the USB input (from PC) and the ST output.

for who maybe interested, apart my Wadia problem, most of the modern Dac's support the I2S protocol (over HDMI)
PC and MAC uses I2S internally, USB is a further conversion.
i use this modular bridge and not using USB anymore.

You could get a USB converter and run AES/EBU or BNC to it and USB from the converter to your laptop.
