Wadia dead?

I have a 321 DAC and was interested in the a315 class D amp as its designed as a matching component.  I called the contact number on the website and the person I was directed to led me to believe that they are basically done or in some type of suspended state. 

I know there are no more dealers listed on their website.  The listed address is next door to McIntosh.  I remember calling a few years ago and they told me they only did online sales at the time.  Maybe they were spinning it down then.
Anybody have any insight?  I really like my 321 and hate to see them shelved.

Hello jbuhl,

I believe Wadia was bought by an Italian company and then acquired by the McIntosh Group, an American holding company formerly called the Fine Sounds Group. Here’s a Wikipedia link:
