Just one question folks I have. Does the Scout Inverted Bearing totally seperate from the Scout Platter, or is it some pressed in affair, like my old HW-19 JR Platter-Bearing used to be?
No, totally different from the 19. In the Scout platter, the bearing plate, as I call it, is permanently in the Scout platter. The bearing itself is part of the bearing assembly installed to the plinth.
