Vintage Levinson Service?

Two questions. 1. I am looking for an experienced (yet affordable!) service person to resuscitate my ML12 preamp and ML12 power amp. Any recommendations? 2. I'm pretty sure that putting this pieces to rights will include recapping them. Any thoughts on what caps to use (looking for bang for buck, not ultra purist) and what cost might run for complete recapping of these pieces? I just don't want to be blind when talking with technician about what he recommends or charges.
