I've got it and I agree a very nice album. In the same vein Austin City Limits has released some live cd's from performances on their tv show. I have releases from Dave Alvin, Guy Clark, and John Hiatt and they are all excellent examples of "alt-country" music. These discs are on the New West label.
VH1 Story Tellers
Went to Walmart the other day. Appears the are slowly phasing out cds so they had a bargin bin fo cds. Most of them were $5 each. I'm not a big country music fan but decided to pick up a Johnny Cash & WIllie Nelson
VH1 StoryTellers - unplugged cd. It captures a 1998 performance Wow!!!! Highly musical, great sound quality. Has a good assortment of songs that even I know not being a dedicated country fan. Pick this if you have a chance.
