Very positive experience with Nuprime HPA 9 service/product

Looking for a compact preamp, some time ago I decided to buy Nuprime HPA 9 headphone amp/preamp (one of the last new units available of this discontinued preamp). I never used it for headphones, i used it only as a preamp. It is Class A, gets hot but not extremely hot. I didn't use it too much and once i switched it on again after some time, it turned out that the volume control didn't respond correctly, the sound in one channel or the other was disappearing, while moving the volume control there was a noise in the speakers. 

Since the pre was practically new and also i liked the sound, i have contacted Nuprime service for a help. Once I open a new ticket, the response was fast and constructive. The local dealer whom i shipped the unit has confirmed that the problem could have been in the potentiometer. Nuprime has shipped the replacement without hesitation and the local dealer has replaced the old one with a new one. He was really very efficient (even unexpectedly efficient and punctual) and even has gifted another new spare potentiometer. I didn't pay for the parts, just payed reasonable amount of money for the replacement. 

Since then, the preamp works fine. Moreover, being a relatively non-expensive unit, i am honestly surprised how nice, clear and natural sound it delivers (as most of class A stuff). It is not worse, if not better than two much more expensive preamps i have. 

Just considered that it is fare to share this positive experience i had with Nuprime  (which does not happen with all the brands, i had not so useful recent communication with other brands including Krell and Rega).  If i will need a new gear and will have some alternative choices, i would  consider Nuprime seriously from now on.
