Michael Anthony is the most undervalued member of the group. Not only is he rock solid, he also provides great background vocals. Take a close listen to the bass track on "Panama". He can play. Oh, and there is only one VH. The one with DLR fronting it.

Being rock steady and having good time isn't enough for me to consider someone a great bass player. They need to have rock steady time AND and some color to the sound ..... just my .02
