What are the options as in brands that demagnetize 12" lp's. The ones I have found seem to be expensive $2k and up. What other tweaks are available ionizers included?
The Radio Shack bulk tape eraser works well. It was discontinued some years ago but is available at very good prices on Ebay. For LPs and CDs and interconnects.
The Talisman demagnetizer from Walker Audio works very well for CDs and interconnects. It is a relatively small passive device and IIRC contains rare Earth magnets oriented in at least two planes. There is a great deal on Audiogon for a previously owned Talisman as we speak.
