TW 10.5 arm overhang set up?

Please I have a question about using the TW template with overhang setting? As the arm head is titled to the right side of the arm tube. Should I place the arm tube directly on top of the marked line or should I place the arm along the side and parallel with the marked line? I hope some users may know the answers? thanks.

I made my own "Mint" protractor using the Vinyl Engine resources to print on Card Stock. Came out perfect. Costs near nothing.

No mirror. Not needed. I can see the tip of the stylus perfectly on the paper / card stock. I have the Wally Tractor and know very well the difference. Honestly this does the same thing for free.

I agree but there is a line on the protractor that needs to align with the stylus. It isn't as good but it s very close.

O will admit I am a VTA/VTF believer over HTA. I hear it much more and measurements seem to agree with me.
