I ordered a belt & mirror protractor last week from Turtable Basics. I see no feedback on Audiogon since 2009. The BBB reports on the web are full of complaints. Has anoyone succesfully delt with them recently?
My experience, and other's that I have read, is that you will receive what you order. It may take a while and communication seems to be lacking some, but my understanding is that it is a one person operation.
