Tube Research Samson Repair?

One of my TRL Samson amps had an issue and tripped the breaker in the amp. It will not power up as it just trips the breaker. Does anyone know of someone doing repairs on TRL equipment? I know Paul Weitzel passed away several years ago.  This is the first issue I have had with any TRL equipment since owning it...Hopefully I can get this one fixed. Thanks
