Tube question

I’m running a Rogue Audio Cronus Magnum II integrated amp and I really like it. I rolled the small signal tubes from stock JJs to Gold Lions and a Brimer in the center position (preamp tube). I’m happy with the results but have since upgraded my phono stage about a year ago to the Herron VTPH-2A phono stage which also uses tubes (damn I love this thing!) My question is: Am I even utilizing the rolled tubes in the CMII anymore now that I’m bypassing the phono preamp in the CMII and using the Herron? Thanks!
