Geoffkait-let’s agree to disagree...Battery powered fans can work but I would point the fans away from the amp to passively pull air over the amp. I’ve heard noise from the air blowing. Also, by blowing on the amps you will get dust build up over time.
Actually, the O2 Cool fans are dead silent. Which is one reason I recommended them. They are especially useful on some amps like high power headphone amps that tend to run rather hot, like the Bada I used to have. And the fans pointing toward the tubes will actually prevent dust build-up, not the opposite, no?
