Truly Balanced Cheaper Preamplifiers?

I recently came into possession of a truly balanced stereo amplifier. In order to get the best out of it, naturally I need to run fully balanced. New or used, tube or SS, preferably at the lower end of the $$$, can you give me examples of truly balanced preamplifiers?

Why balanced?  What do you "believe" that accomplishes?

Probably allows him to connect to his power amplifier vs not connect. Schiit has the fully balanced Modius and Jotunheim for 200 and 400 us $, headphone amps with preout balanced.

Tubes can be instantly bypassed from the remote.
Unbalanced inputs can be balanced.
Changing tubes is easy.
Two sets of RCA outs for subs or recording or broadcasting via Bluesound

What does balanced get you? Higher signal to noise ratio
Lower nose floor, the ability to run long interconnects, others
Therefore, expensive cables aren’ts as important also.
