Tripath amp vs musical fidelity A1

Really love my vintage musical fidelity A1,
Wondering how a tripath amp would compare,
probably a higher power one using 2022.
Any input would be appreciated.

For peanuts and giggles, try a Lepai ta2020 tripath amp.
They are had for 24 bucks at parts express, they're wonderful.... a couple days to break in, and you got music..
