Transport & laser inquiry

Does anyone know if other manufacturers apart from Primare use the Asatech 8210.B01-02 transport &/or the Sanyo SF-P101N laser...?

I just wondered because the Primare CD32 sounds excellent with these components; performing (IMO) way above its RRP.
