I would suggest finding someone who is selling one (through an ad on Audiogon) and inquire if they would be willing to send you a photocopy of the manual for a reasonable fee to compensate for their time. If politely worded, I doubt anyone would be offended by such a request. Audiophiles tend to be pretty helpful folks and the worst they can do is ignore your request or say no. You could look on Ebay too as there seem to be quite a few folks putting manuals up for sale over in that neck of the woods.
