Beyond that, did you try resetting the app?
I got the update and it works fine, though I did need to delete the previous version manually. It might be conflicting with the new version.

Are you sure you are accessing the high rez version? Tidal sometimes offers multiple resolutions for the same album. Beyond that, did you try resetting the app? Tidal is the exclusive streaming music that offers lossless music. If you'd like to download music from tidal, you just need to use an lossless audio capture. Hope this tips help you out. |
I also only get 48kbs with my $3000 DAC, but it is because I do not have a MQA DAC. You do not get more than 48kbs, if you do not have a MQA DAC, which will be able to unlock the full master quality: 96 kHz - 192 kHz / 24 bit TIDAL writes: What is the difference between HiFi quality and Master quality? HiFi audio is a superior sound but is still limited in its resolution—44.1 kHz /16 bit. TIDAL has partnered with MQA to deliver something infinitely better: an authenticated and unbroken version (typically 96 kHz / 24 bit) with the highest possible resolution—as flawless as it sounded in the mastering suite. And exactly as the artist intended it to sound. https://support.tidal.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000397069?input_string=tidal%3A+i+am+only+getting+48kbs+when+i+use+to+get+192kbs. |
