Tidal Error Message

I'm all digital and almost exclusively streaming Tidal HiFi service.  Recently I'm getting an error message that says "Playback has paused because you are playing on the Web".  At times I'm using other devices but other times there is no concurrent activity hitting my Wifi network.  This is an extremely frustrating situation as my music stops just when I'm beginning to enjoy.  I wrote in to Tidal and only received a standard message about a high volume of support requests.  I take that message to mean good luck you are on your own.  I have a pretty good speed over my network and the computer connected to my Amp is using a wired connection which is reliable so I don't believe the problem is with my hardware or my network.  Can anyone offer any help or advice?

I've gotten a Tidal error saying being used on another device, even when I was sure I wasn't using it elsewhere.  But then it turned out I actually was (had been using Tidal on other system and just muted and put into standby without actually stopping the tracks from playing).  Make sure you don't just exit out of an app on another device, but actually stop the song from playing (or power down the device).

Not sure if that is the issue you have, but relating it since it could affect others reading this.
Right, if you only have a single Tidal interface going at once and you use other whole-house or multi-room technology to get the single stream to different areas, I can see that, sure.

But if I’m reading the last two posts correctly, it is true that still not possible with one non-family Tidal account to simultaneously be streaming Bruce Springsteen from the account in one area on one device and also stream Billy Joel (or pick any two artists) from the account to another area via another device, right?
