I bought a Thorens 850 about three months ago. Running it with a McIntosh MA2275 phono section. I chose the Benz Ace Cartridge (high 2.5mv) to match the phono section on my amp. I've had the Thoren's on a sounds of silence isolation platform. I think it sounds really good. For the money this is a great sounding table.
