I dont know more and i dont know why either... Sad situation... It can happen to each of us... For a misinterpretation in choice of words perhaps ? Or external pressure ? i dont know more and no coming back for him till now and no explanation... Why?

Consensus is not truth...By the way... Discussion help... A minimal respect will help too... Acccusing people to come from a Stevenson novel is not the way nor a truth ... All of us had these two faces, even you ...It is the reason why Stevenson genius is expression of a universal truth... The problem is not being Dr. Jekyll and Mister Hyde, we are all this double Janus faces, but the the problem is when manifesting these two aspects we manage to stay always UNAPOLOGETIC and acting without being conscious of ourselves... I am Dr Jekyll myself and i had the Hyde face too but i can apologize sometimes when i sense i go out of my conscious way... Then it is useless to judge others ... We must walk in our shoes...With a mirror... i apologize to you for my observation...I only need to say it...

You are right thanks... But in a sidenote, read all ferocious audiophiles here vouching for their own gear brand name product and attacking everyone else pointing to the opposite...or the insults exhange between the "subjectivism brand name gear fetichists" against the "objective measuring tools fetichists"...
Then he was not faulty at all if we judge him in this context... No explanation, and no sound reason, arbitrary decision with no recourse... We cannot ban someone because his writing humoristic style is too colored...

He was banned without explanation at all... even his posts history... Then it is here like on any internet place, no right and no freedom...Call it a corporate distatorship... I miss him also because his style and personality was original and humor filled but i miss his heartfelt expression more... I am sad... I dont doubt that i will be banned too someday... Or you....The problem is not being banned it is being banned WITHOUT explanation... It is like being imprison without any justification given... Think about Kafka " Trial"... I consider all people here like friends, even if i disagree with them, then when one is banned a part of me is banned...

Arguments could go in your head in loops or in linear sequences... It is called "thinking" in a very restricted sense of the word meaning for sure... A thinking machine dont need someone to argue with.... A.I. dont PLAY chess... When 2 people are here, it is empathy, love, friendship, common values and common goal level and respect that matter.... Not only arguments....We all like music/sound investigation or experiences... I know that you know that for sure then i apologize to you because i dont want to contest your one line post common place fact... I just want to put my grain of salt like you did... In audio thread, we must accept everybody nor for their arguments right or wrong, but for what they are first and second if we accepted that they have the right to exist, we can AFTER that discuss about "truth" and some perspective oriented in truth and for truth.... I dislike only hate , i try to be interested only first by people here and their arguments in second...But too much evident back-thougths implicit intentions repel me also... I like open heart people...Most are like that here i think.... I come here to read people posts and sometimes add my little grain of salt... My audio system/room is done and i listen music and like to discuss, perhaps a bit too much i agree... 😁😊

I miss all people with whom i interacted to here to some variable degree for sure different for each one..,. Some characters always seems more easy to love than others for each of us... Any human being though is a piece in the puzzle of life... Those who are too obsessed to listen to others i simply dont read their posts... No names is needed... I am perhaps a bit obsessed too but i hope that i have proven to others i can listen too out of my own obsessions...

You are right... But it is stronger than me to be faithful to my friend here or faithful to the best of their being... I dont criticize your perspective view at all... I accept your point of view even different of mine because you are a gentleman and if i ever hurted you, even if i would be right on some matter, i will lost my sleep... 😁 Then please, even if we are not in the same angle of view, rest assured that i respect you comnpletely... I never say you are wrong... But life is a complex pie...We never see the same object in the same angle...

mapman you were wiser than most... You are right... I have a selective filter for the best in any people... For example i forgot one harsh discussion i had with Geoffkait because he think that i will do too much in the tweaks department... He sells things and i sell creativity... But i forgot that... generally it was more positive than negative ... I just cant stand hypocrisy and contempt... Big ego i dont mind about that... Probably mine is too big anyway... 😉😊

i missed Geoffkait humor and creativity.... He pointed to me his own Helmholtz resonator experiment many years ago ... I take my own research from this cue of him... He never explained much his idea though..But he was generous about ideas... But i could developed my own string search of listening experiments in acoustic and tweaks methods... And he was one of the very rare participant in my crazy thread audio journey : " miracles in audio" his posts are there...This was his way to encourage me... He was never harsh or rude generally just spirited mind humoristic...And passionnate.. I think i like strong ego which are open mind...

My only discovery in audio is vouching for a piece of gear so good it is is erroneous.. I vouch for the three embeddings controls and expecially after electrical and mechanical embeddings the acoustic treatment and control.. When you have a room under control no UPGRADE is a tentation any more.. Why? is it because my system is the best ? not at all... It is because music is natural and living and vouching for a better amplifier will appear to me useless rant... Acoustic is key to audio nothing else...
