Thinking about buying a different tube preamp...

I've been making many changes to my system lately and was thinking of changing out the Jolida Music Envoy for something better. Was hoping for some ideas here.
My system is as follows:
Classe CAM200 monoblocks
Linn LP12
Jolida JD100
Revel Ultima Studios
Velodyne FSR12 sub
Running Synergistic Research Tesla Precision interconnects from the preamp to a PVC, then Synergistic Research Tesla Accelerator interconnects from the PVC to the monoblocks. Have the sub hooked up to the second output of the preamp.
Was thinking of spending around $3500 on something used. Most everything I have is used and I've been very pleased so far.
Thanks in advance for your input.

You can get them from Grant Fidelity, PartsConnexion - not affiliated with either
The GE 6SN7 is fabulous as it had helically wound filaments and is very low in hum. Great tube. And they test well.

Northern Electric tubes, huh? That name is owned by the Tubestore. Check the trademark office.

If somebody wants to tell me how they are any different than another Chinese tube, I'm all ears.

PS I like some Chinese tubes.
Yeah, I think the GE 6sn7gtb tubes are an excellent sounding tube you don't have to spend a lot of money to acquire.
The Shuguang bt cv181's I've been breaking in are starting to sound pretty nice, too. Since I've replaced the mono blocks with the Pass Labs X250.8 I'm finally hearing what I wanted to hear. The system has been on constantly and I'm loving every minute of it!
Just wanted to say that, in reading this thread, I was struck by how music and the gear we use to reproduce it can affect us so profoundly and get us through hard times. My system and my music got me through a really bad time a few years back. It continues to make me very happy. It is also great to see all the kind words of support people offered you. I hope you are doing better now. All the best!--Arsh
Thank you Arsh. Most folks here seem to be a pretty nice group of people. Everyone has been very supportive and the pain eases with time. As long as I don't think too deeply about it, I do fine.
My system is sounding so good now I never have the television on anymore. I've invested a lot of time and money in an attempt to get the music to move me, and I've finally arrived. It just draws me in. I'm smiling again.
Abuck,

Glad to hear it's getting a bit easier and that your efforts to improve your system are paying off. It's nice when one's system gets so good that it just cannot be ignored--you want to listen every chance you get. I am there too now. Here's wishing you many years of happy listening to come.
