Thiel CS 2.3 radiator replacement

I came across a pair of Thiel CS 2.3s but the radiators are old and foam is deteriorating (still sound amazing though). 

Any idea where I can score some replacement radiators? 

I've tried google but they were no help.  

Also, one tweeter is dented in slightly, it doesn't seem to affect performance but still bothers me.  Love to find a replacement for that too.
