I still muster a hearty laugh regarding that one incident.

It was also probably in the most highly-trafficked and visible location at T.H.E Show.

An excellent entry into the field of high-end racking systems.

Also, John is an all-around heckuva nice guy. I spent quite a bit of time speaking with him at the show.
